- high technical education
- age – up to 35
- english from intermedia (oral/written)
- highly motivated individual with strong, demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- an ideal candidate should have prior experience in service of electronics
- strong pc skills for analysis and tracking of performance

Должностные обязанности:
Main functions:
- ensure effective handling of customer service requests;
- handling routine requests from service network partners;
- cooperation with ascs and call-center to handling unusual disputed cases and claims from consumers and trade partners (dealers)
- oversee daily reporting of service centers in the on-line repair system;
- check service centers monthly reports within area of responsibility
- periodical visiting of key cities for on-site service centers check
- contacting with foreign units on current issues
- irreparable requests consideration with cooperation of dedicated person
- irreparable products compensation handling
- other duties as assigned
