Job description:

the position is reporting to the regional sales manager (rsm) eastern europe. The asm will work from a shared office solution or from a home office based in moscow and will be responsible for the markets in russia and all cis countries. As there is no support function or other administrative subsidiary structure in moscow at the moment, the candidate will have to be very hands-on minded.

the ideal candidate lives in moscow and has extended experience in russia and in all cis countries.

requirements:

· university degree in technical science or business administration or equivalent

· at least 5 years relevant working experience from the life science industry (pharmaceuticals, biotechnologies, medical products, etc..)

· good command of written and spoken english and russian

· proven track record in an international environment

· extended market know how and contacts in russia and cis countries

· understanding of profit & loss

· excellent software skills, specifically excel and powerpoint

Должностные обязанности:
The tasks:

· manage and develop business in the defined region

· achieve new sales and secure sales growth in the relevant countries of the region

· build up strong sales structures and cooperation with new distributors

· review existing distributors and partners and keeping close contact with all partners

· evaluate the current business model and propose new options in order to optimize pricing and gross margins for the company

· implements sales strategies and action plans

· responsible for growth and profitability goals in the region

· build up relations to governments and other key decision makers in our segments

· regular meetings with rsm

· interface with marketing and logistic functions in sweden

· presence at conferences and exhibition

· evaluate the markets and provide reports and feedback on a regular base
