•Building and maintaining effective relationships with all relevant customers throughout the sales

•the general skills of system administration of unix, windows
•skills of administration (conception of administration, networking, backup and recovering, tuning, triggers, stored procedures, queries, database management)
•the general knowledge of oracle technologies, a practical operational experience with oracle 9i/10g, oracle 9i/10g etl, oracle 9i/10g olap, oracle pl-sql, oracle xml, java 2ee
•the general knowledge of appendices: oracle discoverer, oracle warehouse builder, sql*plus, oracle forms, oracle ias.
